Plugins

Everything in inseam is a plugin. Two tiers: linked (first-party Rust, compiled into a distribution) and loaded (WASM components mounted at runtime against the WIT contract). Validation is the shared quality gate, the registry distributes loaded plugins, and distributions covers building custom binaries from source.
